At Profusion Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the request process.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brushes, palettes, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
